Track sessions are perfect for working on your speed, and speed endurance. Speed is vital to athletes of all distances. Whether you are a 1500m, 5k, 10k, or marathon runner, these sessions will benefit you. Enjoy!
This session in particular is good for working on your speed with minimal recovery, but having reps in quick succession. This will build up your lactic threshold and help boost your speed.
*I like to use SIS Rego Rapid Recovery after a session, as you can premake it, simply by mixing it with water and get it from your bag after. (Link below)
Other opions are available, and best if you can eat within 30 mins.
